The initial directive of Patriot Housing Group (PHG) and their Patriot Housing Initiative was to design and optimize a scalable investment program which would maximize the available resources of the Foundation and leverage its strengths. PHG evaluated several investment models and ultimately decided that the Rated and Unenhanced Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) Housing Revenue Bond market was the most user friendly, most liquid and provided the lowest cost of capital of all the available capital markets options.

As the sole Real Estate consultant for the Foundation, PHG works to identify prospective acquisitions throughout the country where the need for safe, clean, permanent Veteran housing is greatest.  The group then shepherds the project through the Bond Financing process to a closing, selecting the appropriate Property Manager and Asset Manager during that time.
